Fronia Culp, LCDC Middle School Instructor

I am a retired Army National Guard Staff Sergeant with 20 years of service. I retired in 2002. I began my military career serving in a field hospital (medical evacuation) unit for 12 years and finished the remaining time in a signal battalion. Serving in the military was some of my most memorable times. My lucky husband and I were married on September 11th, with that date etched in history as Patriot Day, it holds another reason to be special to us. I am the proud mother of one daughter and one son, and an even prouder grandmother of 4 (2 girls and 2 boys).

I have been part of the Fort Sam Houston Independent School District for 5 years, 3 with the Military Academy and 2 with Cole Middle/High School. I look forward to building on our many successes from last year!! I am thrilled to be part of the growing LCDC Program. Due to my love for the military and the structure it provided me, I am honored to be able to offer this type of training and philosophy to middle school cadets. We will learn and grow together.
