8th Grade Science

8th grade science is a cumulative course designed to familiarize and/or reinforce concepts in chemistry, physics, life science, and earth and space science. Use of the scientific method and critical thinking will be emphasized and embedded throughout the class. Students will learn how to scientifically and safely conduct lab investigations that demonstrate and reinforce the concepts presented in the TEKS student objectives for 8th grade science.
